Restful nights

• The rates are for double rooms per day and person including buffet breakfast, VAT and the GuestCard. The local tourist tax is € 2,90 per person (over 14) and day and is payable on departure.
• We accept payments by cash, debit card and credit card (EC, VISA, MASTERCARD).
• By single use of a double room without prior agreement the full price for 2 persons is charged.
• Free access to the swimming pool with jet stream and to the garden, free parking.
• Free WiFi in all rooms, at the reception, the bar and in the garden.
• Regular bus connections.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room and in swimming pool area.
• The price per day is € 20,00 without food.

Surcharge for short stays

• For stays less than 4 days we charge a surcharge of € 4,00 per person and day. The surcharge applies also to children staying in the third bed.

Fixed rates for children staying in the third bed in the parents’ room, per day included breakfast buffet:

• children under 2: € 16,00
• children aged 2 – 9: € 36,00
• children aged 9 – 16: € 46,00

There is no right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Code (Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005 ), but we grant you following cancellation conditions:

• up to 60 days before arrival no cancellation fees!
• We will charge 3 nights, if you cancel between 60 and 14 days before arrival.
• We will charge 80% of your booked reservations if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival or in the event of a early departure.
